5. Subscription, Billing and Cancellation
When you subscribe to Beauty Drop Co:
- Your nominated credit or debit card will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
- Billing occurs on a set date each month. You will receive a billing notification prior to each charge.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month, you must cancel by 11:59 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on the last day of the current billing month.
- Cancellations must be made through your member login portal at our website or app. We are unable to process cancellations via email or phone.
- If you cancel after the monthly cutoff, your cancellation will take effect from the following billing period. No refunds will be issued for charges already processed, unless required by applicable Australian consumer law.
We retain your billing records and transaction history for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by Australian taxation and financial record-keeping laws.
